Initially
concentrating on custom homes built
on customers land, Grace Ventures
started a production division in
2002 and has built over 350 homes
in the metro Atlanta area since its
inception. Grace Ventures offers
homes from $130,000 to 1 million
plus. Some of the communities Grace
Ventures has developed are White
Oaks in Cherokee County, Greystone
in Paulding County, Georgian Park
in Paulding County, and their newest
community, Silver Comet Crossing
also in Paulding County.
Eric Love, president of Grace Ventures,
Inc. received an Architectural Engineering
degree from Southern Polytechnic State
University. After graduating in 1992,
Eric worked for two Atlanta area production
builders (The Housing Group and David
Bock Homes) as a purchasing manager
before starting Grace Ventures, Inc.
in 1996. Having a keen eye for detail
allowed Eric to build his reputation
from the custom home side of the business,
which in turn has complemented the
production side of his business. With
over 12 years experience in the Atlanta
homebuilding market, Eric puts a great
deal of emphasis on value and energy
efficiency on every home he and his
associates builds. |
