“A community
where neighbors care about each other”
is how the developer, Steve Simpson, describes
his long-term vision for Carter Grove Plantation.
Envision a community where the primary mode of
transportation is a golf cart. People taking an
evening stroll on sidewalk lined streets, stopping
to catch up on who won the last tennis match or
setting plans for a morning hike this weekend.
With all that Carter Grove Plantation has to offer,
you’ll soon realize that you are living
the life you’ve always imagined. Just a
few of the community’s features include:
•
3,500
home sites built on 3,000 acres. Over 600
acres of green space.
